Our Philosophy
To be Living is to be Moving! Movement is as important to the body as air and water. Movement is like nourishment to the body, stimulating the flow of blood, delivering oxygen and nutrients to all tissues and cells. Movement is Nourishment. The increased blood flow stimulated by movement helps new and old injuries to heal. Motion is Lotion!
Movement also activates the adaptive response of the human body, stimulating it to build a connective tissue framework that is strong and resilient while allowing full, healthy ranges of motion.
With injuries, lack of exercise and stretching, as well as occupational activities that require repetitive actions or sustained postures, the human body can become weak, stiff, and injured. Many people become prisoners in their own bodies, denied freedom of motion.
With in office treatment as well as home exercise to stimulate the body’s own healing and adaptive powers it is possible to expand the functional abilities of the human body, expand freedom of motion and, consequently, lift overall health and well-being.
